Are all of your donuts vegan?

Yes! All of our donuts are suitable for vegans.

Are your donuts suitable for someone with allergies?

Our donuts are NOT suitable for anyone with allergies. If you have an allergy of any kind, we kindly ask you do not consume any of our products. Please contact us for a full ingredients/allergy list.

Do you have a gluten free option?

Unfortunately at the moment we do not have any gluten free options.

Can I choose my own flavours?

At the moment we only offer ready made boxes, however the assorted box flavours will change monthly. 

How long do your donuts last and how do I store them?

Our donuts are best served fresh, however we suggest keeping them covered and cool.

Can I collect?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer collection at the moment. 

I’m outside of the delivery radius, can I still order?

If you fall just outside of our delivery radius, please fill out a contact form or email us. We may still deliver to you at an extra charge!

Can you send your donuts in the post?

We want our donuts to be as fresh as possible when you receive them so we don’t currently offer a postal service.

What time can I expect my delivery?

Delivery is usually between 4pm and 7pm. (CHRISTMAS SPECIALS BOX WILL BE MORNING DELIVERY). We cannot make repeat attempts to deliver your products so please ensure that you are home during these hours on your desired delivery date.

How do I order a custom message?

For custom messages and birthday bundles, please fill out a contact form on our contact page and someone will get back to you ASAP. 

Do you do bulk orders?

Yes, however we need at least two weeks notice. Please fill out a contact form for more information.
